Each visit includes: a let-out in the garden, a check on water, and some one-to-one time. Whether that’s a gentle fuss, a quick game, or a favourite toy session.

For added safety and peace of mind, your pup will also wear our 'I'm out with my dog walker' ID tag during our time together. These short but meaningful visits help break up your dog’s day and give you assurance while you’re away. You’ll receive an update and a photo or two after the visit.

We offer flexible options to suit your needs - usually 20, 30 or 60-minute sessions.

My customised puppy home visits provide caring, reliable support while you are out. Every visit is tailored to your puppy’s age, routine, personality and training needs, helping them feel safe, settled and cared for in the comfort of their own home.

What’s included in a puppy drop-in visit:

• Meet-and-greet consultation: Before your first booking, we will discuss your puppy’s routine, feeding instructions, health needs, likes, dislikes and house rules.
• Toilet breaks: Regular opportunities to go outside or use their usual toilet area, with patient encouragement for puppies still learning.
• Feeding and fresh water: Meals, treats and fresh water provided exactly in line with your instructions.
• Playtime and companionship: Gentle, age-appropriate play, cuddles and attention to prevent boredom and help your puppy feel reassured.
• Basic training reinforcement: Consistent practice of the cues and routines you are working on, such as sit, settle, lead manners, crate time and toilet training.
• Enrichment activities: Safe toys, sniffing games, puzzle feeders or calm activities suited to your puppy’s energy level and confidence.
• Short garden time or walk: Where appropriate for your puppy’s age, vaccination status and your vet’s advice, we can provide supervised garden time or a short outing.
• Crate and settling support: Help with your puppy’s usual sleep, crate or pen routine, always using calm and positive handling.
• Clean-up: Cleaning up any accidents, refreshing puppy pads where needed, and leaving feeding and play areas tidy.
